PLANET FITNESS WESTVILLE NEEDS TO WAKE UP!!!!!!!!

Planet Fitness has advised me that due to gyms being open I will now be billed for the use of the gym, which is not a problem but there are so many concerns that we members have due to the COVID 19 and it is impossible to get a hold of the gym to clarify certain things. The Westville branch is useless and the worst branch to deal with. They do not answer the phone lines and are of no assistance. I Have been trying to contact them for 4 days and could not get through. This is absolutely ridiculous and we are paying customers.
