The standard at the Westvile branch has drastically dropped. It has officially become overly populated, there are no dumbbells available after 5pm till about 8:00. It seems they have signed members over their capacity. The men’s toilet does not have a scale anymore, you have to use the one in front of the treadmills, the scale printer hasn’t worked since 2021. The men’s toilet also does not have hand wash 70% of the time. In addition the new hand wash dispenser does not work properly even when it is filled. The machines with adjustable seats have incorrect pins holding it at the bottom which causes you to sometimes fall while doing your exercise. For example the back and three chest machines. This can cause serious injury. The guy that works there in the afternoon (not Ayanda) is very rude and sometimes asks you to put weights away that is around you that you haven’t used.
