Planet fitness waterkloof ridge cancelled service

I Will not recommend anyone to go into a contract agreement with planet fitness, poor Administration.i cancelled my contract for me and my partner but the debit order is still going through. I called to advice i received confirmation of cancelation however apparently they only canceled my membership and not my partner. She then request banking details to make the last payment till to date she has not received the banking details and the debit order is still on my account and it cost bank charges. Very unpleasant situation
