Planet Fitness waterfall Sanlam Sales Agent

I have been awaiting finalisation of my Sanlam Rewards membership since 8 January and to date the agent that worked with me hasn't done so.

He is an agent that struggles to respect boundaries that are in place about commination, where for example I told him on the 23rd of January that I can only talk to him again on Monday, he fla out ignored this and still asked me questions that were money related. Instead of waiting for Monday as per my request, he contacted me again on the Saturday the 24th!

I'm really frustrated with this process and also believe that the delay should actually not be costing me the debit order that is to go off soon, due to Planet Fitness, as the delay is on the agent's side and not mine. I have since not heard from him and it's almost a month since then.

Could I please have this resolved, either by it's finalisation or it's entire cancellation because I'm tired of going to the gym and being anxious about the possibility of being denied access because of these incomplete registrations!
