Planet fitness wanders!! Complete disregard for their members!!

This is probably the worst up kept “premium” gym I have ever been apart of. Being or choosing a gym can be about the amenities and location, operating hours etc. One of the main reason for joining this gym was due to the sauna after cussing numerous gums before making my choice. First the gym for the past 3 years has never had the sauna working correcting and again currently is not working, with shoddy patch work and nails sticking out the planks. The lockers/equipment is always broken and barely gets fixed!! I have spoken to the manager on numerous occasions. For the past year 2 years all I have been hearing is don’t worry sir we are revamping soon. This never happens. This is truly heart sore as the staff are friendly and generally look after their members. The state of this gym is really not the way it should be, considering the fees paid. Aircon is always down and I’m not talking during load shedding. How can a gym with all these members have lockers hanging off their hinges for weeks on end. The plunge pool keeps having a sign saying under maintenance this has been like that for 3 years!!!! Last year I saw a piller being painted and thought finally the re vamp. Only to find out that was it, a painted piller was the extent of a re vamp. ****roaches coming out of the dilapidated benches of the sauna one furnace working when it is “working”. Discussing and disregarding the members is ridiculous!!! Money is being paid but not spent on a maintenance and facilities this is not a pleasant experience. Wake up planet fitness wanders this is not how you treat your members because the facilities not in working order is a reflection of the value you place on us. You are losing members and it is an unacceptable amount of time for these facilities to be broken.

The state is disgusting!!!
