Planet Fitness Wanderers, terrible experience. ******* me into contract

Awful experience. Firstly they charged me extra during my contract. I followed up with them. They took over two years to come back to me, saying these charges didn't happen, but whatever, I let it go. My contract expired a while after, and the sales agent signed me up to a "two month trial". I asked him multiple times, "this won't be a 24 month contract". Well, guess what? It was. They charge me R1000 per month. Complaints go nowhere. I attempted speaking to the club manager, he wasn't even able to make the scheduled meeting (Anesh Diar is his name) - no reason was given, he just wasn't there. I spoke to his assistant and the original sales agent (Thomas) and no one could help unsurprisingly. Save yourself the hassles and pay the extra for Virgin Active. You'll save money and anger in the long run.
