Planet Fitness Wanderers - Terrible experience

My son's valuables were ****** from the gym locker and then the ***** proceeded to ***** his car from the parking lot. Little help did we get from Planet Fitness. My son, being a student, had initially chosen PF Rosebank as it was the closest gym. That closed and he was forced to use Wanderers. When this happened, just after lockdown level reduced in August, I asked for a break in membership until we decided what to do. The *********** gym manager couldn't even arrange that. There is no easy way to make contact with PF to deal with this issue. Several calls, website messages and emails have been in vain. A few months back my son and I requested membership cancellation but they still to date debit my account. I blocked the debit order and Planet Fitness very sneakily still debit for a higher amount. This is not okay, to continue taking money from my account when no service was received. No one even called to apologize for the theft that went on but instead they see this as an opportunity to continue scheming. I will never go back to Planet Fitness and advice anyone else considering it to please think twice. If there is anyone out there from Planet Fitness, please please please cancel this membership once and for all and stop taking money from my account.
