The staff’s etiquette is unacceptable – they act as though members are inconveniencing them instead of receiving a paid service. The gym is constantly overcrowded and filthy, showing a complete lack of maintenance and hygiene.
To make matters worse, personal trainers “reserve” machines for their clients by placing towels on them during peak hours, even when the machines are not being used. This is unfair to paying members and shows zero regard for gym etiquette.
This has been brought to management’s attention multiple times, yet nothing is ever done. The lack of accountability and complete disregard for members is shocking for a facility of this standard.

07 Sept 2025, 20:39A staff member finally contacted me two weeks later, and their only response was a meaningless apology. Visited the gym today — it’s filthy, and to make matters worse, there’s only one disinfectant bottle on the main gym floor. I had to call the gym three times to get more, and it took almost 30 minutes for anyone to bring it upstairs.
