Planet Fitness Wanderers

Really disappointed with the services from Planet Fitness at Wanderers. The sales manager there Reza has no urgency whatsoever to resolve any of my queries. When I phone the receptionist desk they refuse to help me escalate the matter by transferring me to someone who can actually assist. They are *****ing my money by debiting my account when there is money on credit and no one in their account department seems to know about it because the sales manager is extremely *********** and will not sort any of this out. I love this gym but this is really annoying that no one wants to assist.
