PLANET FITNESS VERY POOR SERVICE AND NO RESPONSIBILITY

The cashan branch had a problem with the boomgate spikes on 31st january 2023 which severely damaged my Wrx Subaru..after numerous mails and quotes sent...no feedback. I once got told they SIT every monday at H/O and discuss problems and will get back to me on tues. Its 4 Tuesdays later...still no response. Martin the regional manager phoned my wife ONCE after she stsrted threatening PF with lawyers. This is ridiculous. They could not give a damn. My car is still standing at home . I offered to do all the customization and repairs myself ! All i wanted is the parts to be purchased and replaced. Their actions are very poor, they do not respond . I really would appreciate someone with RESPONSIBILITY to get back to me. But i doubt it....
