Planet Fitness Valleyview Krugersdorp false pretences

We had the worst experience with Planet Fitness Valleyview. They give this amazing sales pitch where they tell you your kids (8 and 10 years old) can gym with do everything and that is exactly why we joined because we dont have any place to take our kids to gym. December we started to gym , kids went on the treadmills, bikes etc with us. No one complained. In January , my son was on the treadmill ,this rude lady (Ashley) came and shouted at him to get off. I went to her to ask whats wrong and she says they are not allowed to be on the machines. And even tells me that if we dont follow the rules they will revoke our membership. I was shocked as my kids basically did the same thing they did for the past two weeks and now its a problem and she was extremely rude. Then another guy came to try and resolve the issue he explained to us that the kids are not allowed to go onto the treadmill and only use the bikes. The manager showed us the rules at the door which no one explained or cleared out when we signed up. The next time we went we asked this same guy to explain to us and show us exactly what the kids can do , he never said anything about the kids are not allowed to be downstairs. My husband and oldest son went to gym.last week. They were downstairs using the weight machines again no one said anything. Today we went again , my husband and I using the weight machines and my youngest son sat there then a guy came and said they are not allowed downstairs. What am I suppose to do with my kids now after no one complained last week, no one said all these details when we wanted to sign up because then we wouldnt have signed up because my kids cant do anything. They sign you up under false pretences and then every week is a different story. I will not pay my membership fees any further and I will make sure people know how disgraceful this place is.
