We have been trying for nearly a week to get a simple payment split between two contracts for the same person!!! ME!!!

I have been waiting Wednesday last week for the call center manager to get back to me. The first contact center call agent first refused to transfer my call to the manager, but then pretended to go talk to the manager, but then took my details to be called by the manger. IT NEVER HAPPENED!!! The second call center contact person flatly refused to transfer my call!!!
