Planet Fitness useless and pathetic

Planet Fitness does not even deserve a 1 rating, they deserve -100! Ever since signing up last year I have had nothing but ENDLESS problems with Planet Fitness. First it took them about 3 months to load my membership with my med aid discount ajd countless calls, errors and frustrations. Then after a while I realised that they loaded my membership incorrectly as a local instead of a national membership and have been over-charging me for months. After another endlessly frustrating challenge to get it sorted out, they eventually got it right. Now for some reason they say I owe them R188, for which they are apparently handing me over. My account has been debited every month, and I have not received any notification or communications of the supposed debt, and have been going to the gym on a regular basis, never once being told of a problem. Today all of a sudden they will not let me into the gym, the staff treat me as if I’m a ******** and throw their hands up in the air unwilling to help, and I did not get to do my workout. All they can tell ke is that it’s a mistake on the system and I seem to have been blacklisted, but they are unable to do anything to help in correcting it!! I have to phone the call centre on Monday... So much for promoting healthy lifestyle! All they’ve done is caused me endless frustration and unnecessary stress, causing my health to suffer in the process. But they are unwilling to help and utterly useless in providing any kind of customer service. I will take this to the credit ombudsman if they have blacklisted me over something that was firstly a mistake on their side and secondly I have received no communication about this before from them.
