PLANET FITNESS UNREASONABLE DELAY TO REFUND MY MONEY.

I joined Planet fitness Menlyn branch last month and I cancelled my membership within 5 business days as prescribed by the Law. I have been making enquiries about my refund to no avail. The reason i cancelled is that I got a job offer in KZN and I have since relocated. It was a big expense and I need the money. i am broke! I paid around R 900 joining fee on Vitality package. Please refund me i need the money. There is no logical explanation why it would take Planet Fitness 21 days to process my refund. 21 days??? In 2019??? Come on guys! Please refund my monies on my FNB Account.
