Planet fitness unfair treatment

I joined planet Fitness. I wasn't given proper service for a week . I wasn't happy about their service ,and decided to cancel, they refuse and claim that the cooling off period lapsed .

How can you delay the process , breach our contract by not giving is service and then refuse that we cancel the contract
