Planet fitness unfair business practice

The club I joined closed down. I joined this specific club because it is close to my home. I requested cancellation of my contract but they refuse to allow it. Planet fitness told me I must drive to another club which is approx 10km further in one direction. This will cost me much more in fuel and time. I contacted them, emailed them with no reply. I requested management contact details which I was told they cannot give it to me as it is not allowed. My current account is accumelating interest which they say i am liable for. This is extremely bad service from them. I would really advise any one joining to think twice.
