Planet fitness ********* money grabbing sharks!

Never join Planet fitness they are ********* money grabbing sharks. Joined them on a 24 month contract, on month 27 I decided to cancel my dealings with them, by this stage I was automatically put on a month to month, they insisted on a one month notice payment which is absurd already since they stated its month to month, but not only that, they also charge a yearly renewal fee which just happens to fall on my notice month and besides me cancelling(which means I am not renewing) they threatened me with legal action if I dont pay it. I told them I will gladly pay the months notice, but not the yearly renewal, but they wont accept that. So I am refusing too pay it.... May have to change bank accounts, I have to reverse there debits every month, they are the same as ******* in my eyes!
