Planet Fitness Unauthorized Debits

I cancelled my contract with this company because of their incompetence to handle customer queries and failure to respond. The company till today is debiting my account whereas I explicitly requested that they should stop. I have sent several e-mails and no one is coming to me and the managers are always no available. I have waited for more than 20min for a manager to take my call for more than 10 minutes calling this *********** company. Please stop debiting my account as I don't owe you anything.
