Planet Fitness Unauthorized Debicheck Erna Dames

What a horribly managed company that does what they want when they want I paid a membership cancellation fee of more than 2 thousand rand March 2020 as I was moving to a town with no PF. And now they have initiated a new debicheck on my account even though my contract has been cancelled. Every time i have to reverse the debit I incur heavy bank charges and their customer care has not been able to assist in addressing this issue
