Planet Fitness Umhlanga | Peak of inefficiency

Joined Planet Fitness Just Gym in Umhlanga in April 2018. I was informed via sms that the payments were in arrears. Contacted the call center and determined that incorrect bank details were loaded by the agent at the time, bank details that do not belong to me. So, I visited the Umhlanga Branch to resolve the matter and after few days I re-visited the branch to confirm it was resolved. It wasn't. Today, a few days later I received an e-mail that the query PF ********** has been clossed and if I am not entirely satisfied I should contact them.. So I contacted them and the matter is still unresolved, seemingly untouched. Plant Fitness Umhlanga!!! I regret the day I joined your Branch.
