Planet Fitness Umhlanga

Hi everyone. I was at Planet fitness umhlanga last night around 8pm (26 - 02 - 2024). They close at 9pm. Went with friends who has memberships there. I was interested in joining and wanted to do a workout with them. There was two black girls at the reception desk. I ask for a sales consultant and they said there's no one that can help me cause they all gone home yet they close at 9pm. Soo they said I can't even join my friends to do a session and workout il have to wait outside. I then asked for a manager and thereafter she said she's the manager. She didn't even bother to help me or to sign me up and even show me the gym. I was absolutely disappointed with their service. I would rather join virgin active instead.
