Planet Fitness - Ultimate Disappointment!!!!

Avoid Planet Fitness at all costs. Not only are they mis-sellers but they are ****s too.

How does one's monthly pay increase by 74% in 6-months????

They collect money from one's account, unauthorized, willy-nilly - different amounts on different dates, despite it all being on weekdays.

In addition to all these monthly collections, even they cannot keep track as they send SMSs claiming payments have not been made.

Now I do the donkey work of collating all my proof of payments off my bank statements and send to them. Do I get an explanation? ZERO!!!!

I am utterly disgusted by their services and regret ever entertaining them and making the move to support their business. I have not even been able to set foot in their establishment due to my new working hours - do they care? Nope, just money, money & more money that they do not earn.
