Planet Fitness turning into Mens Only gym

I lodged a complaint at Customer Service 8 days ago. I received a reference number, and that was it. No reply, no feedback, nothing. My complaint is about the abysmal "new" ladies only section at the Queenswood branch. Smack inbetween the mens' sections. The men don't even realize it is ladies only, and end up using the machines. Plus it is tiny with one lousy mirror. The nice big, separate area that used to be ladies only, is also now filled with machines for the guys. They should just go ahead and make it a mens only gym. Been there for 4 years, and that's how they treat women.
