Planet fitness threatens me with legal action

Planet fitness is pathetic. Someting went wrong and my debit order didnt go threw . They call me and demand me to pay my monthly fee. No problem . Still waiting for the details to pay them direct . They dont send me anything but emails threatening me with legal action! Never in my life will they see me again.
