Planet Fitness-*******!!!!

Worst experience! My sister had a contract with planet fitness which deducted on my account. We were told right in the beginning that her contrac5 will expire after 12 months which was Februaty 2020. They started debiting my account (that was closed and paid for in 2019 already) and my sisters account around November 2020. After speaking to planet fitness numerous times they still handed us over to their attorneys but assured us they will withdraw the case and close her account. I still received messages from their attorneys, when I called PF they account was STILL NOT CLOSED and I am sitting with an amount of R1200 that has to be paid before they will close the account! Obviously someone does not know what they are doing!
