Planet Fitness - They won't ever cancel your membership

They make it impossible to cancel the membership. Tried since October 2019 without succeeding. They do not respond to emails or phone calls and ignore your request of cancellation. Please log a complain to http://www.cgso.org.za/complaints/ it is a 5 minute process and at least they can do something to lessen the ****s.
