Planet Fitness the WORST!! Sly, money eager idiots!!

After a previous complaint, where PF decided to give a reprieve because of COVID without even discussing it. This would mean our contract that was meant to finish in Dec then would only finish in February. I did send a cancellation to make sure that we are then done. So what do they do, they deduct 4 months worth of payment from this month which means we are now financially in trouble for December!!! Nobody gave then permission to do that!!! If you cancel it is to make sure they don’t keep taking money when the contract is up. We already paid them without using them because we got transferred and they refused to let a friend use or take over our contract. So we paid for nothing. Now they do this!!! The worst company ever. Honestly, I hope there are so many complaints that they end up having to close their doors. So much for customer service.
