I have been contacted by a debt collector on my account being in arrears, and threatened with legal action.<br> But I paid my contract in advance when signing??<br> I do have a black tag, but that is deducted via debit order monthly without any issues.<br> <br> Upon my fifth call to Planet Fitness, they realized that they have been trying to deduct a \contract/membership levy"from the wrong account.
