They don't even deserve 1 star. The the past 2 years, Planet Fitness The Wanderers Feminique section cardio equipment has been broken. The water cooler hasn't worked for the 3 months. Anesh, the Club manager says the treadmill screen is on back order - for 2 years? He must think we are stupid to believe this. He refuses to address complaints and HIDES in the office when I ask for him. He doesn't answer emails. Head Office also doesn't respond. They refuse to allow me to cancel my membership so I have no choice but to go to a gym that is FILTHY, with equipment that doesn't work. This is supposed to be a SIGNATURE club. Its disgusting and the customer service is shocking
