planet fitness the ******** company

3 or 4 times now i have asked planet fitness to cancel my contract and still they are trying to debit me. the account they have does not get used anymore because of planet fitness so it is useless to try and debit me there. they are claiming i did not pay for the month of march but yet i have sent them 3 different bank statements showing that month was paid as well as a letter from my bank manager saying that she can confirm all payments were **** to planet fitness and no money was returned, but still they say i have to sort it out with my bank because their system does not show any payment. their system has been a problem for a long time now but still they will never take the blame. and now because of this i have also got 2 of my friends to also cancel their contracts so over R450 planet fitness is loosing around the R60k mark worth of contracts and you guys need to stop trying to debit me. i used to work for planet fitness so i know how things work there. i have already been to see my lawyer and he has personally spoken to my bank and says if they are going to carry on trying to debit me and not cancel then i will take planet to court and i will win because their system is unreliable and i would much rather believe my bank statements, my phone app and my bank manager that says all payments have been successfully made to planet fitness.
