Planet Fitness the **********

i am so annoyed and disappointed in planet fitness Springs. On Wednesday 6 June I walked into the gym to query about membership. Then I was assigned a consultant who gave me all the relevant information I needed to know. Then when I decided to join immediately I was given the run around, taken from one consultation desk to another apparently because the computers were malfunctioning. I was moved around 5 times! After which I still was not enrolled! Then after wasting an hour of my time I was instructed to pay R100 for the tag and the guy asked for my details to be enrolled at a later stage then told me that he would call me when my tag is ready and I can just come and sign the contract. He assured me that this would be the next day Thursday 7 June, yet to date I have still not received any communication in this regard. Then to my dismay, planet fitness debited a joining fee from my account and a membership fee. Now there are 2 things wrong with these transactions: 1. I have still not signed a membership contract with Planet Fitness, so who authorised those debit orders? No one, this is *****! Secondly the idiot who took all my details had told me that I qualify for a special whereby if I join immediately, I won't have to pay any joining fee, so why was it charged to me? I have logged 3 complaints on their website, they just keep getting closed yet no one has called me to investigate further on this matter.
