Planet Fitness The Buzz Membershipp Mess-Up

I signed up on the 31st of December 2022, I thought I was signing up with for a Discovery Vitality membership, I paid the R899 for the activation fee and signed a 12 month contract, where I was promised Jan and Feb 2023 free. Not only did I not get Feb free, my Vitality membership was never activated and I learnt today that I was given a normal membership and all the money I paid for the Vitality activation had gone to paying for Feb. The sales consultant Zee who helped me has since left and now I'm left with this mess. Very disappointed. I've given my two months notice.
