Planet Fitness The Audacity

Joined Planet Fitness on the 20th May, and by the 1st June, "7" Working days later, I cancelled the contract for medical reasons; without setting foot at the gym; Confirmation of cancellation was confirmed and communicated to me via mail. However, I have had constant calls demanding payment and cancellation fee of 2k; which the gym is unable to justify (Break down). Harassment calls received from Lebogang Mosikare, and Linda. I am looking for the Planet Fitness CEO mail some please assist.
