Planet Fitness: The Absolute Worst Gym on Earth

Planet Fitness isn’t just a bad company—it’s a predatory, deceptive, and infuriating **** operation disguised as a gym. They’re all smiles when you sign up, but the second you try to leave? Good luck. They will do everything in their power to make canceling your membership a nightmare.

I visited the gym after hours to cancel—nobody could assist me. Fine. I sent emails, followed their ridiculous procedures, and even received a confirmation that my membership was canceled. Guess what? Months later, I got a lovely surprise: a debt collection notice. Planet Fitness had apparently ignored their own confirmation and kept charging me anyway.

This company thrives on trapping people in endless billing cycles, burying them in fine print, and making cancellation as painful as possible. The incompetence and lack of integrity are staggering.

Thank god I’m back with Virgin Active. Not perfect, but miles ahead of this ****-factory. Planet Fitness? Never again. If you’re considering joining, run the other way.
