Planet fitness terrible service from head office admin department

<p>This was posted 7 months ago and they were suppose to deal with it as someone called me and said it can't be correct. Still nothing has been done ."I just popped into planet fitness to join and i was told i am unable to join because i owe R200? This is not true as the last membership as per sales advisor was a promotional offer, the same promotional offer that they sell at checkers , picknpay etc.It is unacceptable that the sales advisor told me that my account has been handed over! How could it be handed over when i only had the promotional gift card! This is unacceptable ! Planet fitness has always been my gym of choice and never had problems! I will contact relevant individuals from planet fitness to ensure this matter is handled! I will not be handed over for R200 ! I tried to join the gym again but im scared as what if they over charge me again . I might be wrong but im positive if they mention that the last membership i had was a gift card. I am now blocked from the system to join again" This is absolute nonsense as I tried to join again and the manager advised that there is still amounts owed.</p>
