Planet fitness terrible service and Rude agent

Planet fitness is the most terrible place anybody can have a contract with ever since taking out my contract with them I have had endless issues with premiums being debited. Gym managers change on the daily, call centre agents are not professional, rude and do not listen today I spoke to a lady by the name of Ana Motomi, dispicable service managers / supervisors are never available to assist agents do not know that its because of clients that they have jobs.

Piece of **** company... never to be repeated. Go to Virgin or viva gym you better off.
