Planet fitness takes my money

I cancelled my membeship in beginning July and planet fitness deducts a random amount from my bank account in September. 3 visits to the branch, multiple phone calls and multiple cancellation confirmation emails from planet fitness and they still have not refunded my money they took. I get emails saying someone will contact me in 72 hours. Have not been phoned ONCE?!

So much for referring so many friends to planet fitness over the years. For what? So they can take my money and not refund me when I move towns?!

Am I ever going to get my money back?
