Planet Fitness takes money after cancelation.

I cancelled my membership 19 Feb 2019 and got an email that confirms my cancelation request and that it is in progress. Now there was R799 deducted from my account. This is ridiculous. They can just take my money. The agent on the confirmed that my membership will be cancelled when I called them. I want answers and my money back.
