Planet Fitness Sucks!!!
Debiting my account after the cancellation of the service is extremely annoying. Even my daughter, Reitumetse Pilane was contacted by debt collectors from Planet Fitness, long after her cancellation was effected. Is Planet Fitness so desperate to just keep lock people in for life. If that's the case, as it seems so, they must bring on the fight! I will not tolerate their ************ dealings and under-handed tactics. They must check all their records where my case is concerned and revert with an answer.

PF coming back to me to prove cancellation is a tactic to prolong this issue (and if I'm not wrong - a way to just quickly bully me into submission). Check your records where my account is concerned as of October 2023 - Damit!!!! And no, you can't have my daughter's details. Planet Fitness is just an *********** joke of an operation... if not worse!

27 Feb 2024, 16:54So Sandile Mkhentane? has just called me to advise that my account is in arrears. I've escalated with him, stating that I want access to the recordings of my cancellation. Since his/Planet Fitness's story is that my cancellation is only effective as of end of this month (February). Whereas, I was unequivocally told (via their recorded call, which I want to have access to) that January 2024 would have been my final payment month. Planet Fitness better know that they are not dealing with a confused customer. I'm eagerly awaiting those transcript, and I may actually want access to the actual voice recordings.
