Planet Fitness sucks ass

Yet AGAIN I have tried contacting them and AGAIN no answer. My contract ended 2 years ago and after numerous attempts at cancelling it, NOTHING has happened. They continue billing me for a contract that no longer exists and threatens to sue me for the debit orders I send back. I am very frustrated and angry. They obviously don't want people to cancel contracts so they can drain your bank account for their own pleasure. NEVER had these problems at Virgin Active.
