Planet Fitness Strikes Again!

I canceled my gym membership last year mid-December and received confirmation that my last debit order would be on the 31st.

This morning I received a notification from my bank that a debit order of R899 (R100 more than my previous premium) was debited off my account. This BOUNCED as a result of it not being budgeted for and has now cost me a penalty of R100!

Frustrated at this! Can the penalty fee be reimbursed!
