planet fitness stop making us pay ridiculous cancelation fees and not allowing us to make arrangements to pay cancellation fees, is like you are forcing us to have the membership

I have joined Planet fitness in 2018 i wanted a shotter period as i did not know whats the future has and i might relocate in the area, so couple of months later i ahd to freez my account as i was pregnant, and i relocated within the same year and i went to the branch to cancel my membership they told me to pay 2500 and i asked to make arrangements, they refused i was told that the membership will only be canelled once i made the payment within 7days. i couldnt make the paymenet as i ddnt have the money, they continued to debit my account and called agian and emailed they refused, and continued debiting , i decided to stop and reverse what i could reverse. today i get a call from lawyers by a rude lady telling me that i can not make rules for them, yet i told her the whole story. i am getting an email saying i owe the over 5000. please take us serious.
