planet fitness stilling money from my account

It has come to my attention that planet fitness have been stilling money from my account and their incompetence has cost me both money and time that I don't have, I have done some enquiries regarding my account with planet fitness and I have been send back to forth and given explanation that don't make any sense in the last six month's every month i need to report my matter <br> <br> they have poor management and every *********** management that don't care about customers, i received nothing but bad service from Nthabiseng and the manager not sure if his name is Martin after i took time to explain my matter all he told me was i need to write my name and he will get back to me and its been two month's now <br> <br> currently i was told that my account is handed over to collectors and all that is now costing my ITC INFORMATION<br> <br> <br> <br>
