Planet fitness Sterland worst gym experience

Planet fitness sales consultants at Sterland, Arcadia lie and cheat. When we were joining we were told we are getting a free month, which we didnt get.. When we signed our contract, the consultant who helped us cheated. We agreed on a 1 year contract and he gave us a promotion of R199 a month. After signing he claimed he made a mistake and we needed to sign a new contract of which the new contract we were signing was for 24 months and R249 a month.. Im not the only one this has happened too.. The manager at the Arcadia branch covered it up by telling us to pay pro rata costs and promising us 1 month free training for a friend to resolve the issue. He didnt even help us at all.. The whole gym is a ***** and wouldnt recommend it.
