Planet Fitness *****ing my Money with ********** Debit Orders

Two months ago from nowhere Planet Fitness started to debit my account for no reason. I have never had an account with them. I called them and ask to remove the debit orders and refund my money with bank charges. Yes, I can ask my bank to cancel these transactions but then they charge me R80 for the cancellation and I also lose the debit order fees charged for these debits. I spoke with various people on the phone after holding on for ages every time and believe it or not, they keep asking for my ID number to look it up on their system. Someone eventually understood and ask me to send bank statements, etc. to ********** which I reluctantly did. Since then a few emails were going up and down and no one can understand that this is a ********** debit order and I have no account with Planet Fitness. With every iteration of the emails going back and forward I speak to a different person and I have to explain all over again that I have no account with Planet Fitness but the standard response is: "Please can I have your ID number so that I can look at your account" These people appear to work off some script and cannot think for themselves. Now they ignore my emails also. Next step is the police and then I am getting a debt collector to recover my money + all the time I wasted on this nonsense
