Planet Fitness *****ing my money

This company has the worst of the worst customer service!!!! I cancelled my membership months ago, debit orders was still being deducted afterwards. Phoned call center and they “promised” that the money will be refunded between 7-14 working days and that my debit order was cancelled. Then my debit order was deducted AGAIN!!!! Well that has come and gone and nothing received, phoned once again and was promised it will be paid within 2 days. Well I still did not received MY money. Liers and most pathetic customer care. THIS IS THEFT!!! What the hell??? DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!!!!!!
