Planet fitness *****ing and breaching of contract

Signed up with them in Feb for a cluster contract, then upgraded in July to vitality to pay less. Also paid them R850 to sign up with vitality. Still being charged for cluster membership, two months later. Head office can see the payment, but don't have the contract. Centurion gate where I signed vitality contracted twice already refuses to help.

Head office refuses to log a complaint. Essentially nothing is going to happen. Spoke to the head of sales at Centurion Gate who promised to sort this issue out, nothing has happened and he has not escalated the issue.

Therefore Centurion gate planet fitness has ****** the R850 sign up fee for vitality which is not actived and I have signed two vitality contracts, but still being charged the full amount of a cluster contract even though vitality contracts were signed.

Tried to cancel through head office as I am not receiving what I have signed and paid for, they are now telling me that I am to forfeit R2500 in order to cut ties with them even though they are breachng their side of the contract!
