I was debited a month after the agreed upon date. The debit was reissued, when I placed a stop order, at a higher rate.

They send no written confirmation. All emails from them are impersonal automated nonsense. Everything to be dealt seriously is over the phone... again no written confirmation. The duration of your contract means nothing they only use yearly contracts to lock you in a pay cycle, you still have to cancel your contract with all the hassle attached to a month to month.
