Planet Fitness - STAY AWAY!!!!!

I'm not one to complain publicly but 4 months of back and forth with Planet Fitness I am hoping that this gets through to them. I signed a gym contract under their 'Vitality agreement' whereby fees were meant to be R200 a month. The first month goes off smoothly in terms of payment - however, the first red flag is that I was promised usage of the Sandton Planet Fitness Platinum gym for a certain period as the operations at the Rivonia gym were winding down however, when i went to the Platinum gym - i was turned away and told that this offer had been pulled (which wasn't communicated to Planet Fitness members). I then got debited R600 the following month and then last month I was debited R1200. Calls to their call centre and emails to the branch are useless - I have been issued over ten reference number with NO ONE GETTING BACK TO ME! Please share so that they can see this and hopefully my issue will be resolved! Also - stay away from Planet Fitness if you like your sanity and your money
