Planet Fitness staff don't do their job - COSTING ME MONEY

THEFT.

I attempted to cancel my account a few days before the debit order would go off.

They tell me I need at-least 1 month notice period. Fair. So I tell them to go ahead with the cancellation.

Debit order goes off. As expected.

Next month. Debit order goes off again.

THEY MADE NO ATTEMPT AT CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT. I end up paying for 2 extra months.

Absolute *****.

Never again planet fitness. At least virgin active care about their customers.
